Emulators supported: Stella :: Z26 (Hacked)Stella is the easist to configurere, since it have a excellent inbuildt GUI. I recommended you to setup this emulator before setting this up in MultiFE and make sure it works with your control.
If you want to use the Z26 emulator, you can propenty not use the officiel version, because all controls is hardcorded and can't been remapped. Instead use the above hack to became cabinet friendly. The hack have default mapped to MAME standard. Read also the docs/readini.txt for how to setup the controls.
Extra
If you have the screenshotarchive screenshots, few files might require renaming, example for the Officiel version of Frogger from Starfish), so that game show the correct file. Other games should show fine..Best use with GoodTools & Tosec sets
This collection use goodtools and tosec renamed romfiles. MultiFE scan both of these in one folder only and no subfolder is supported. All unique games is joined as a one game. When a user have selected a game, then a version of that game can been selected. MultiFE is also auto detect if year and company in Tosec files is detected, even you merge them with a Goodtools set.More info about these database projects at GoodTools and Tosec
